Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Conditions for Return/exchange
(1) Wrong item dispatched
(2) Items damaged in transit
(3) Manufacturing defect
(4) Please note that No returns will be applicable for incorrect size ordered.
How to place a return ?

Provide the reason for refund.
Unboxing video is mandatory along with the product images.
The product will be picked up only if it is found to be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Please complete the packaging exactly in the same boxes as was delivered to you.
We will arrange for pick up. In case reverse pickup is not available from our end, we will request you to arrange for courier by your good self.
The full amount will be refunded and in case of breakage, replacement will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or telephone number to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the email address or number mentioned in Contact Us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are manufacturing defect or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email/telephone and send your item to the physical address mentioned in the invoice.
